New Admission

Application Fee

An Application fee of AED 525/ will be due upon the acceptance of the Offer Letter. The Application fee is not applicable for GEMS Students and is non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-adjustable

Registration Deposit

A Registration Deposit of 10% of the annual fee is collected during admission. The Registration Deposit is non-refundable, non-transferrable but adjustable against the total tuition fee for the academic year.

You are requested to bring the Computer No. received at the time of Admission for payment of fees.

** Please note that school fees for the academic year are subject to change in accordance with Article 51 the Bylaw of Federal Law No. (28) of 1999 concerning Private Education and applicable regulations.

A sum of AED 31.50(including VAT)- is charged for Bus ID card, Diary and Report Card.

Board Exam

• Grade 10 - AED 825/-
• Grade 12 - AED 900/-

CBSE Registration

• For Grades 9 and 11 -  AED 100/-

Fee Counter Timings: 7.45 A.M. - 3.30 P.M. (Monday to Thursday), 7.45 A.M. - 10.45 A.M.(Friday).

School Fee Counter

Cheques should be made in favour of ‘Our Own High School-Al Warqa'a, Dubai’ only. (Post dated cheques will not be accepted)

Please bring the Student ID Number while coming to pay at the School Fee counter.

Students will not be permitted to appear for the school examinations if their fees are not paid & all reports will be withheld.

Transfer Certificates and Withdrawals

Parents wishing to transfer their child to another school or withdraw from the school must submit a formal Transfer Certificate (TC) or withdrawal request. In accordance with KHDA regulatory requirements, fee calculations are based on the date the formal withdrawal request is submitted rather than the student's last day of attendance. Where a future withdrawal date has been agreed and the student continues attending school, the applicable leaving date will be used for fee calculation purposes based on KHDA’s approved fee refund and prorate billing policy.

The Parents must give written notice to the Registrar of any withdrawal. The Registration Deposit is refundable if notice is provided at least sixty (60) calendar days before the year starts and non-refundable if less than sixty (60) calendar days’ notice is provided.
