Anjuli Murthy

Dr Anjuli Murthy has a Doctorate in Economics and has been in the field of education for three decades of which 27 years have been with GEMS. She commenced her career as a teacher and moved up to take on various leadership roles in schools in GEMS. She has held posts of Supervisor and Asst Dean of studies at GEMS Modern Academy, Vice principal at Our Own High School and Principal of GEMS Heritage Indian school prior to taking on her current role of Principal and CEO at Our Own High School, Dubai.
Dr Murthy is passionate about creating a positive learning culture with strong moral values in the school with the active involvement of parents, students and teachers. Dr Murthy will continue to work with the school leaders and staff to build on the rich legacy of the school in providing all round quality education and academic excellence. She strongly believes in inclusive education and the school will continue to provide learning opportunities for every child to meet his potential and nurture his talents.
